Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with hand-on experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software. This will be a long term contract (minimum 12 months) and is an on-site position located in Nashville, TN.
Required Education:
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field. or 2 years of job related work experience.
Required Work Experience:
- 2 years of technical hands-on operations support experience.
- Working experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Knowledge of VPN
- Knowledge of the difference between RAM and ROM
- Knowledge of the role of the BIOS in the boot process
- Knowledge of What is DHCP, DNS and Active Directory
