What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Trainer position at Core Technology Solutions?
We are seeking a Technical Trainer with experience developing and delivering training to all levels of staff for a long term assignment with our client in Columbia SC!
If you have 2 years of training experience, including IT course development and delivery experience and are looking for an opportunity to expand your skills working with one of the largest employers in South Carolina, this may be the place for you!
**This is an onsite position in Columbia SC. Candidates must be local to the Columbia area and able to work onsite at the Columbia office.
What you will do in this role:
- Create and deliver training and development programs to all levels of end-users and IT professionals.
- Code, test, and debug programs specifically for training.
- Work closely with both I/t and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported.
- Participate in the training needs assessment process and vendor selection.
Education/Experience required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Information Systems/Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, or other job related field or additional years of job related experience.
- Required Work Experience: 2 years Training experience, including I/T course development and delivery, and 3 years I/T technical experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent, or 2 years Training experience, including I/T course development and delivery and 1 year I/T technical experience with a Masters degree.
- Technical and business training required. Microsoft products.
