Roll Off Driver

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Front Load/Roll Off Truck Driver to join our team! In this role you will operate front load and roll off trucks to transport waste and debris safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in commercial driving, basic mechanical skills, and the physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front load and roll off trucks to transport waste and materials to designated sites.
• Safely load and unload containers using proper equipment and techniques.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Handle waste disposal in accordance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, trips, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members.
• Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling materials.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Experience operating front load, roll off and heavy-duty trucks preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including heavy lifting during loading and unloading.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Additional Details:

• This position works Monday - Friday and is home daily. It will begin as part-time (20 hours) and transition to full-time within 2-8 weeks (up to 50 hours).
