Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, so a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.
Pay Range
$850 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings or events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
