Responsibilities Include
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in office administration or customer service is a plus.
