Key Responsibilities
Proposal and Presentation Development:
- Design and produce professional-quality proposals (using Adobe InDesign) and presentations (using PowerPoint) tailored to specific clients and projects.
- Collaborate and lead internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, including logistics and promotional materials.
- Assist in coordinating conferences, trade shows, and other marketing-related events.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining consistent brand identity.
- Assist in drafting and editing written content for marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Manage and create content for various platforms and purposes, enhancing the company’s online presence.
- Maintain organized project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments.
- Participate in team meetings, offering creative input and solutions for marketing initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree in a creative, marketing, business, or related field is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications are highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work in office 5 days per week.
