CORE is seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager with experience in construction and project management to join our Northern California team. The Senior Project Manager will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams throughout the East Bay area to meet or exceed company and client expectations. The projects may range to over $100 million in construction costs.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of startup, management, and closeout of a project. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal communication among the CORE Team, subcontractors, client, and design professionals. In this role, you will review all contract documents, drawings, and specifications, manage submittals, procurement, schedule control, and project cost control. You will assist the preconstruction department with schedules, logistics, constructability reviews, subcontractor bidding, and contract proposal documents. Applicant must work well in a team environment, be highly motivated, committed to excellence, and passionate about enabling staff development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or similar.
- Relevant Work Experience in Construction Project Management
- Experience with a variety of delivery methods: General Contracting, LLB and Design-Build
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detailed understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling
- Advanced understanding of drawings and specifications as well as constructability
- Ability to negotiate, write and execute all subcontract agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient in Project Management Software and Document Control Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Scheduling Software
- Experience in K-12 Lease-Lease Back & Design Build Projects is preferred.
