We’re on the hunt for a Growth Marketer who’s equal parts strategist, experimenter, and execution powerhouse. Someone who doesn’t just throw money at ads but thinks bigger, smarter, and faster – who gets that growth isn’t just about numbers but about creating something that sticks. If you live for performance marketing, can write copy that makes people stop scrolling, and love testing the hell out of everything to see what works, we need you on our team. 

What You’ll Do 

• Own growth like a boss – drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue like it’s your full-time obsession. 

• Run the whole funnel – SEO, paid ads, email, content, social: if it moves the needle, you’re on it, or working with our partners that do. 

• Master the art of killer messaging: you know that great content isn’t just words; it’s strategy, psychology, and persuasion wrapped up in one. 

• Make data your best friend – A/B test, track performance, and tweak. 

• Automate like a pro – you know how to make marketing work harder (not you). CRMs, AI tools, workflows, let’s use them. 

• Spot opportunities before anyone else does – new channels, trends, and growth hacks? You’re already there. 

• Collaborate like a team player (but also own your sh*t) – work with designers, strategists, and content creators to make magic happen. 

What You Bring 

• 3-5 years of making marketing magic happen (digital, growth, or performance marketing). 

• An unhealthy obsession with great content. You know how powerful messaging is and how to make it work. 

• Paid ads knowledge: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, you know the value of ads and using them to turn dollars into growth. 

• SEO smarts: you get how to make content rank, drive traffic, and convert. 

• Automation and analytics expertise: you eat CRMs, dashboards, and testing strategies for breakfast. 

• Copywriting chops: your words don’t just sound good, they sell. 

• A take-charge attitude: you love ownership, thrive on results, and don’t need someone to hold your hand. 

Nice to Have (But Not Required) 

• Experience with B2B and DTC 

• Knowledge of CRO, UX best practices, and Webflow/WordPress 

• You get hyped about brand strategy, storytelling, and marketing psychology
