Core4ce has an opportunity with a mission critical IC Sponsor for an Instructional Designer position. This Sponsor organization plays a significant role in the highly optimized mission-ready data conditioning and delivery systems in support of mission analytics. A Full-Scope polygraph is required , no exceptions. There is an opportunity for both part-time and full-time positions.
Responsibilities
The Instructional Designer and Instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality instructional materials and training programs. This role combines expertise in instructional design with hands-on teaching to ensure that learners achieve their educational goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
- Deliver training programs for in-person settings.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize various instructional design models and methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate and revise instructional materials based on feedback and performance data.
