We are looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst with an interest in Vulnerability Management to join our security team. In this role, you will help analyze vulnerability scan results and work with our customers to decide the best approach for remediating security vulnerabilities. Responsibilities

• Review and analyze vulnerability scan results to identify potential security issues.
• Work with customers and team members to prioritize and plan remediation steps.
• Learn about industry best practices for addressing security vulnerabilities.
• Assist in documenting vulnerabilities, tracking remediation progress, and generating reports.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.
• Support security and IT teams by providing insights and recommendations for improving security.
  
  

Requirements

• Security certification (CompTIA Security or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and security risks.
• Willingness to learn vulnerability management concepts and tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7).
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  
  

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
• Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security automation.
