Part-time Advisor Assistant - 22 hrs/week

• Providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor.
• Scheduling appointments with clients.
• Maintaining an accurate calendar for the advisor.
• Providing appropriate documentation for client appointments.
• Assist with transaction follow up and updates for clients.
• This position will not perform selling duties, nor advise clients
  
  

What we are looking for

• Excellent verbal communication and have the ability to interact effectively with external contact
• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Must consistently exercise discretion in handling client interactions and information
• Must be proficient with applicable computer applications, including managing Outlook e-mail and calendar, MS Word. MS Excel
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Three years office clerical experience
• Additional experience in the insurance, financial services, or customer service environment is preferred.
