Reporting to the Program Manager, you will learn and develop entry-level technical and professional skills as part of our Financial Distributors team. About The Role

What You’ll Do As An Apprentice
- Successfully complete a 9-month training and development program focused on Financial Distributors
- Apprentices are assigned to a team and manager for the duration of the program, gaining hands-on experience through on-the-job training designed to support their professional growth and development

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Completing an associate degree, to be received no later than June 2025
- Authorized to work in the US
- Apprenticeship opportunities are based in Houston, TX
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Candidates who possess analytical, quantitative, communication, organization and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic and committed to learning new skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams and have an attention to detail
