Who You’ll Work With

At Financial Distributors, we bring together a diverse team of sales professionals who focus on delivering retirement and life insurance solutions that help meet the evolving needs of our distribution partners and their customers. Our specialized team of sales professionals partner and grow our broad distribution platform, which includes banks, broker-dealers, general agencies, independent marketing organizations and independent insurance agents.

About The Role

Joining the Corebridge Apprenticeship program provides a unique opportunity to introduce you to the financial services industry. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will learn and develop entry-level technical and professional skills as part of our Financial Distributors team. If you are currently pursuing or have completed a 2-year degree, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do As An Apprentice

  • Successfully complete a 9-month training and development program focused on Financial Distributors
  • Apprentices are assigned to a team and manager for the duration of the program, gaining hands-on experience through on-the-job training designed to support their professional growth and development

Required

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Completing an associate degree, to be received no later than June 2025
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Apprenticeship opportunities are based in Houston, TX

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Candidates who possess analytical, quantitative, communication, organization and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic and committed to learning new skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams and have an attention to detail

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX office.
