The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.About the roleThe Deputy CISO interprets the vision of the Chief Information Security Officer and translates the abstract concepts into clear, progressive, and measurable security objectives which are furnished to the Security Operations leadership team who are then held accountable for execution and delivery. This individual maintains operational focus across multiple disciplines including cybersecurity event management, forensic investigations, insider threats, and reactive cyber response to ensure service delivery and the overall success of the enterprise security program. This is achieved through the cultivation of opportunities for growth and development of direct reports, the nurturing of interdependencies between teams, and an ability to strategically allocate resources to resolve existing issues and to develop contingencies for potential issues on the horizon.
