About the role
The Executive Support & Services Leader is responsible for direct technology support to the 16 most senior executives (and their Executive Assistants) at Corebridge, including our CEO. This person will also have responsibility for additional Executives and the Investments group end user technology management.
We want to hear from you today if you can:
  • Deliver world-class technology support for select senior executives (CEO, Executive Committee, Business Leadership) that proactively anticipate, need, manage risks, and deliver a frictionless technology experience. This includes ~200 of our 16k end users/internal customers.
  • Provide leadership and ability to set standards for superior process & service delivery to Executive & our Investment’s business unit that includes high profile trader positions.
  • Ensure proper workspace support (at home, in office, traveling locations & transition between) is in place for our executives (ELT/SLG/EAs); includes transition of devices to/from work & travel destinations.
  • Manage the executive support team through hands on mentoring and proactive principles to ensure a best-in-class support model is in place. Take ownership and drive the team in the delivery of expected goals & deliverables.
  • Responsible for establishing the workspace services end user experience for executives.
  • Lead planning, coordination, procurement, shipping, installation, configuration, and/or general support of the event and devices at executive venues including network infrastructure setup, computer & mobile device support, management of event workrooms, and responsive on-site technology concierge technology support. Ensure professional playbooks are in place, maintained & proactive dry runs occur. Ownership of this core job responsibility is a must.
  • Experience in leading & managing high-profile executive meetings including fielding requests, planning, real-time monitoring & management, and troubleshooting through audio bridges and video conferencing platforms for internal engagements and other 3rd party platforms for external engagements. Ensure dependent parties (internal/business) have documented SLAs and hold parties responsible for delivering.
  • Provide concise timely executive level communications as issues are occurring and special event updates.
  • Partner with Communications and Events teams to integrate production partners to deliver higher production quality special events.
  • Experience (and enjoy) building relationship with executives and executive assistants.
  • Hands-on participation in the day-to-day work of the Corebridge Senior Executive Support team.
  • Respond to end user requests, troubleshoot application problems, and participate in ongoing project work. Assist in off-hours (including weekends) support coverage. Field escalations.
  • Support and troubleshoot applications including financial market data applications (Bloomberg, Reuters, and others), third party web-based applications, and Microsoft Office O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Provide support for all mission critical applications for a variety of users. Must be able to ensure the team can effectively troubleshoot a wide variety of application, software, and network-related issues.

  • 10 years of experience in technical service delivery at a Fortune 500 firm.
  • Multi-discipline Technological Expertise (Desktop Support & Multimedia).
  • Outstanding executive presence; strong professional skills and confidence when interacting with senior executives.
  • Proven experience developing, maintaining and documenting best in class repeatable procedures.
  • Positive track record aligning resources and driving the outcome to meet expected targets.
  • Superior problem-solving approach. Leverages. Technical expertise and creativity to develop innovative solutions and thinks beyond the current issue to prevent future occurrences.
  • Reliable and responsible. Consistently goes the extra mile to ensure all aspects are accounted for.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills; superior ability to succinctly convey technical notions.
  • Proactively identifies communities, gaps, and mitigates risk in the absence of guidance and supervision with outstanding skill and judgement.
  • Flexible and adaptable – rapidly learns and develops new processes and concepts.
  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of corporate structure, operations, and network service roles and processes in supporting executive clients as well as overall functional areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.

For positions based in Jersey City, NJ the base salary range is $130,000 – 160,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we're proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
