CoreCard is seeking a Senior Network Engineer located in our Norcross, GA office. This role will provide primary expertise in support of production operations and project work related to networking and infrastructure. In this role, you will work on the strategy, deployment, implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of critical production systems and corporate support systems. The position requires a strong network engineering background, pragmatic operational expertise, and experience with support of production 24x7 systems.

Job Description :

• Troubleshoots the complex network issues involving LAN, WAN, VPN connectivity.
• Function as a provisioning engineer when required on projects involving subject matter expertise.
• Function as a subject matter expert for specific projects as required.
• Maintain 24x7 Payment Processing environments which require 5 9s uptime.
• Comply with best practices policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, stable, secure, and manageable customer network, processing environment and corporate infrastructure.
• Help create and improve best practice network implementation policies and procedures.
• Help maintain and administer existing setups, networks, corporate domain, and environments.
• Conduct head-to-head troubleshooting and communicate with management efficiently as needed.
• Perform physical and logical analysis of client networks and connectivity.
• Document physical and logical network and hardware diagrams.
• Provision and install hardware and software for end user, corporate and processing infrastructure.
