Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct sick calls with physicians, prepare patients for examination, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Operate pill call, dispense medication, and document administration as required by policy and procedure.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of all medical records.
Requirements:
- Degree from an approved school of nursing with a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Licensure in the state of employment is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
