The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of community managers, providing training and career development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to board members.
- Oversee seamless onboarding for new clients and smooth management transitions.
- Drive key performance metrics, including client retention and profitability.
- Utilize company tools and technology to streamline property management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coach teams, drive change, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze challenges, make effective decisions, and implement strategic solutions.
- Background in property management, construction, hospitality, or operations, with relevant certifications preferred.
