Responsibilities :

- Collaborate on recruiting team members and provide ongoing leadership, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Assist in analyzing sales, managing payroll, controlling expenses, and monitoring inventory to support financial and operational goals
- Help ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are upheld throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests
