The Role

  • Lead the culinary team in crafting innovative, elevated dishes that uphold the Michelin-starred standards of excellence.
  • Assist with menu creation with a focus on seasonality, sustainability, and the restaurant's signature style.
  • Ensure precise execution of all kitchen operations, maintaining consistency, quality, and adherence to Michelin guidelines.
  • Inspire and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and dedication to world-class dining.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a high-performing kitchen team.
