About the Role: Customers sign up on our website daily to buy Corefact services and products. A Customer Experience Representative I serves as a connector between the customer and Corefact, aligning the customers' needs to the programs and services available. Youll be helping our customers be more successful in their business, turning incoming customers into Corefact evangelists!
A typical day as a Corefact Customer Experience Representative
- Reach out to priority day 1 customers and align their needs to our programs and services (they tell us when they sign up, so youll be reading the notes and helping them!)
- Help our customers place their first order. And their second!
- Listen to our customers needs. You'll have answers for them, and they'll love you for it!
- Hold product/program demonstrations and sign up interested customers to these products/programs
- Reach out to purchasing customers in month two and three - make super customers!
What success looks like
- Things are looking up! New customers are purchasing the products they need, and more frequently
- Our customer base is growing faster than before thanks to your efforts - they love that you reached out and helped them solve a problem
- You've helped hundreds of customers engage with Corefact this month and improve their business. Corefact products and programs make our customers money!
Experience Nice-to-Haves
- Real Estate experience; Real Estate marketing representative, selling real estate personally, Title Insurance (Title Representative), or Sales in Print and Marketing
- Customer Service
- Consultative selling
- Print marketing fundamentals; An understanding of paper material (weight, finish, etc.) and what materials present best
