Corefact is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance our HR functions. This strategic role requires a seasoned HR leader with expertise in legal compliance, mediation, policy creation, company communications, and workplace safety to drive a fair, transparent, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company goals.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, ensuring the company mitigates risks and adheres to best practices.
- Lead mediation and conflict resolution efforts to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on employee relations matters, contracts, and workplace investigations.
- Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and development, ensuring a strong and engaged workforce.
- Advise leadership on organizational development, compensation, and benefits strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Oversee performance management programs, ensuring fair and effective evaluation processes.
- Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and workforce planning to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Manage internal company communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging on policies, initiatives, and company updates.
- Oversee workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training programs and enforce company-wide adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Manage travel and accommodations for employees, ensuring cost-effective and efficient arrangements for business-related travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR leadership experience, with proven success in a senior management role.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, OSHA regulations, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven expertise in policy creation, dispute resolution, mediation, and corporate communications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and advise at the executive level.
- Experience in workplace safety programs and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
- Experience in managing corporate travel and accommodation logistics.
- Background in a manufacturing or print production environment is a plus.
