Equipment Maintenance Manager
Coregistics is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment in our facility.
This role involves developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal plant performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new and revised preventative maintenance schedules.
- Lead a team of technicians to conduct routine inspections and repairs of equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Journeyman level training or equivalent in training & experience.
- 3-5 years experience in facilities maintenance (warehouse equipment, and grounds).
- HVAC, plumbing and electrical certification, preferred.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods and walk, balance, stoop, kneel, squat, climb stairs, or bend.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and at times lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Safety:
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) where needed.
- Immediately report any unsafe conditions or other safety-related issues.
Work Environment:
- Regularly works in a manufacturing setting with minimal noise levels.
- Often works at a workbench or on various pieces of equipment.
