Plant Operations Technician
We are looking for a Plant Operations Technician to join our team at Coregistics. This role involves conducting routine inspections and repairs of equipment in our facility.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to work collaboratively with the production team.
Job Description:
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs of equipment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Journeyman level training or equivalent in training & experience.
- 3-5 years experience in facilities maintenance (warehouse equipment, and grounds).
- HVAC, plumbing and electrical certification, preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods and walk, balance, stoop, kneel, squat, climb stairs, or bend.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and at times lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Safety Protocols:
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) where needed.
- Report any unsafe conditions or other safety-related issues immediately.
Workplace Environment:
- Works regularly in a manufacturing setting with minimal noise levels.
- Often works at a workbench or on various pieces of equipment.
