We are seeking a Clinic Manager to join our Bel Air, MD location. The Manager’s main responsibilities are:
- Managing the patient’s experience, care, outcomes, and retention
- Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion
- Set clear expectations and goals for patients
- Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or management-related field
- 3- 5 years of leadership experience
