We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our Lexington Park, MD office 4-day work week 10-hour workday, and will primarily:
- Discuss and remove any barriers, in addition to facilitating positive exercise experiences. Patients enter the CoreLife program apprehensive about beginning an exercise routine
- Develop and implement movement plans to help reduce pain, better perform daily activities for patients, and execute tailored fitness programs using corrective and functional exercise practices
- Perform one-on-one and small-group exercises
- Work with a collaborative team of clinicians, registered dietitians, and behavioral health specialists.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise related field (preferred)
- Certification in Personal Training from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) (must be active)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Previous experience with group fitness instruction is a plus but not necessary
- Pay: $40,000-$45,000/annual salary
- Bonus opportunity of up to $12,000/annual in addition to base salary
