What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at Corelleaf Design Studio?
Description:
- Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies.
- Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.
Expected Skills:
- Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.
Required/Desired Skills:
Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly. - Required
- Large scale deployments of 500 machines preferred. - Required - 2 Years
- Must be able to stand and move around in classroom style setting daily. - Required
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10 - Required - 2 Years
