Description:
Responsibilities:
- Receive and Unload Trucks – lock & unlocking
- Load outgoing trucks (Univar, pallets, export orders, empty drums, etc) – loading, blocking & bracing per regulations
- Verify material – receipt of material in SAP; bin to bin material in SAP
- Pull material for loaders
- Re-palletize material received on non-standard pallets
- Elevator management – operate MFG/RMW elevator
- Battery charging and filling for PMHE
- Utilize SDS system “TIPS” for identification of products
- Receive & process sample intercompany requests of raw and semi-finished materials
- Coordinate shipments with planning/finished product warehouse
- Maintain area supplies (cartons/labels/tape, etc.)
- Maintain appropriate shipper certifications for ground & air shipments (DOT/IATA training)
- Ensure proper markings of samples/cartons per DOT/IATA regulations
- Limited assistance with Dump Back of removing material from box but NOT to remove caps or to actually dump material
- Changing dust kits (non-restricted dust system)
- Retrieve bags from bag compactor
Other Qualifications:
- Obtain DOT/IATA Certification Required
- Ability to be assigned to RMW secure area (CDRA) -background check
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of basic computer functions (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, SAP)
- Knowledge of basic warehousing functions (math skills)
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to be licensed in operating PMHE
- Ability to lift up to 75 Lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work at heights at or above 30 feet
- Ability to work in a wide range of climates
- Ability to work in a safe manner
- Ability to work in a self managed environment
- Flexibility in working occasional overtime or other assigned scheduled determined by the manager

- Experience in purchasing and inventory control management.
- Experience with Ariba/MyBuy a plus.
- Experience with SAP or S/4 HANA a plus.
- Proficient in MS office suite (Excel, Access, Word).

- Effective, written, and verbal communication skills required.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalant
Computer Skills:
- Basic Computer skills. Microsoft Word/Excel, and SAP a plus
Notes:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PMCandidates with specific experience in inventory management, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and system alignment with warehouse actuals.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.98 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
