Description:
As a Shop Helper - Tape Head, you will be responsible for:
Setting up, monitoring and operating CV line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
Performing Tape Head operation, cleaning, and general setup, which includes loading and unloading products and devices in Work Center.
Following safety guidelines and quality standards in accordance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specs.
Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, quality assurance, and ISO requirements.
Training and assisting other employees as necessary.
Develop individual skills and collaborate with other functions to complete projects for tape line.
Following verbal and written instructions, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Have 1-year minimum previous manufacturing or shop experience.
Be able to read and interpret routine instructions.
Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Have good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Have good communication skills, safety oriented and a team player.
Be flexible and possess the ability to follow work center guidelines.
Notes:
Positions Available On Both Shifts:
Day Shift - Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday (depending on availability) - 5am to 6pm
Night Shift - Monday to Friday - 9 hours shifts with OT of 2 hrs depending on demand - 6pm to 3:30am
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

- Night shift
