Coordinator – Facilities Services
GENERAL FUNCTION
- Responsible for maintaining services throughout the building and grounds to ensure the business continues to run efficiently.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campus Mail
- Priority Focus for responsibility
- Receive package and sort by department
- Receive mail, open and determine recipient if not defined
- Vendor manager mail tracking software
- Post office runs if needed Campus Print
- Check printers for paper stock o Submit order to Facility Manager for placement
- First point of contact to address Tier 1 Printer Issues
- Submit service calls for Tier 2 and coordinate with vendor Campus Services
- Check supplies for office supplies, paper, toner, etc o Submit order to Facility Manager for placement
- Help coordinate large conference room schedules
- Work with Fitness Center personnel Campus Food
- Check coffee stations for coffee supplies o Submit order to Facility Manager for placement
- Monitor micromarkets for stock o Report issues to Facility Manager
- First point of contact to address Tier 1 Dining Issues o Report issues to Facility Manager
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Oral and Written Communication- Basic Organizational- Neat and clean Analytical- Basic be able to recognize problems and possibilities of approach Customer Focus- Diligence and sense of urgency in getting tasks completed Computer/Software Skills- Basic typing and knowledge of e-mail communications High school or GED minimum Technical or trade school a plus Clean driver’s license Ability to maintain confidentiality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of general mailroom methods. (3 years) Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate, or professional services industries Ability to make sensible, independent decisions with limited supervision Dependable, cooperative and displays attention to details.

Notes:
Coordinator – Facilities Services - MUST HAVE MAILROOM EXPERIENCE. Not an Administrative/Clerical role.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
