Description:Site Maintenance and Material HandlingAt least 2 years of experienceResponsibilities:Conduct general maintenance and site upkeep.Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance.Perform installations, assembling, repairs, and replacements.Handle emergency maintenance and repairs.Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.Operate maintenance equipment safely.Keep records of all maintenance and preservation activities.Manage maintenance tools and equipment.Ensure safety with traffic signals and barriers.Receive and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders.Handle freight, equipment movement, and minor repairs.Maintain proper storage of hazardous substances and delicate materials.Secure site materials.Other Activities:Address nagging/punch items and supervise smaller contractors.Assist in thorough cleaning for valve installation.Perform any additional tasks relating to maintenance, material handling, or site acceptance.Requirements:Education: High School diplomaLicenses/Certifications:Valid driver’s licensePrefer to have Forklift certification. If not, client will assume the cost for the certification.Skills:Good communication skills in English.Proactive in identifying and solving problems.Organized, diligent, and reliable.Customer-oriented with good health and safety awareness.Willingness to undergo job training and adhere to safety regulations.Special Equipment RequiredSteel Toed BootsNote :This is a Handyman kind of role.
