Description:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, and minimize transportation costs.
Monitor and analyze transportation utilization to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize capacity.
Collaborate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Utilize logistics IT systems to track and analyze transportation data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance, cost savings, and optimization initiatives.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation efficiency and overall supply chain performance.

This position is hybrid but if business conditions require it may become 100% on site
8am - 4.30pm
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
