Warehouse Operator

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Palletizer – the transportation of finished products from the production lines to the warehouse for storage and/or orders
• Basic SAP knowledge (troubleshooting managed by the Product Distribution Technicians)
• Operation of Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) to move, store, load, and unload hazardous finished product(s).
• Physically pick, assemble, and load customer orders (LTL or Parcel shipments) of multiple products, in multiple size containers.
• Computer processing of inventory controls, shipping manifests, packing lists, and billing information.
• Responsible to clean and/or assist with cleaning spills.
• In addition to warehouse responsibilities, would like to have a candidate who is tech savvy with computer tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma / GED required
• Knowledge of basic computer functions
• Knowledge of basic warehouse functions
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to be licensed to operate Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE)
• Ability to lift up to 75 Lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a wide range of climates
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Ability to work in a self managed environment
• Ability to work occasional overtime or other assigned scheduled determined by the manager and business requirements.

Total Reg Hours: 40.00

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
