Description:
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Possess basic written communication skills.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
- Basic PC skills.
- The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months related experience.
- Must have forklift experience (Certification not required)
- Worker will be blending chemicals and should be comfortable working with flammable and explosive chemicals. Experience preferred but not required.
Special Equipment Required:
- Steel Toe Boots
Work Environment:
- Working outside in the elements most of the day. 2-3 hours of day spent working indoors.
Note:
Night shift and/or rotating shift required. 5pm to 5am - Monday through Friday
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.25 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
