Senior Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities: 

Develop and Maintain Web Applications: 

You’ll handle the full development lifecycle, building engaging frontend features using TypeScript and React (experience with Adobe Spectrum React is a bonus), and designing robust backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and GraphQL. You will collaborate closely with our CTO and Product team to ensure efficient integration, strong performance, and high code quality and security. 

Manage and Optimize Databases: 

You will administer and maintain our SQL databases, optimize performance, ensure reliability and security, and modernize legacy database structures. You'll also design and implement optimized databases to improve reporting and analytics. 

Architect and DevOps: 

You’ll contribute to microservices and distributed systems architecture, manage Git workflows, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Docker, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and event-driven architectures like Kafka is required. 

Leverage AI and New Technologies: 

We strongly believe AI is the future. You must already incorporate AI tools into your daily coding processes. We expect you to stay up to date with emerging frameworks, tools, and best practices, and proactively introduce new solutions. 

Ownership and Execution: 

Our CTO generates many innovative ideas but needs your help to see them through. You must be comfortable inheriting partially completed projects, assess requirements, perform independent research, and drive solutions to successful completion. 

Collaboration and Consulting: 

You will coordinate and manage work with external consultants, assess their skill sets, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables meet our high-quality standards, across multiple time zones when necessary.

Work Environment: 

While this position is flexible and primarily remote-friendly, candidates located locally or within commuting distance to our office are strongly preferred. Being able to come onsite at least once per week will be considered a significant advantage in our hiring process. As part of a small team, your work will have a visible, meaningful impact on our users, allowing you to directly see how your contributions support and grow the business.
