Join our team as a Construction Intern and gain hands-on experience in construction. This 6-8-week program provides an opportunity to work on projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and learn key aspects of construction operations, including submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), subcontractor management, field coordination, and much more.
As part of the internship, you will complete a capstone project, where you’ll identify a key challenge or improvement area from your work experience, propose a solution, and present your findings to leadership. This project will allow you to showcase your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, providing a tangible achievement to add to your professional portfolio.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, or business concentrations.
- Strong interest in construction and general contracting industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
