Job Description

Seeking Commercial Electrician for electrical position in the Capital District. We have steady local work, competitive pay, safe work environments and respect the work you do!

Also searching for an experienced Fire alarm / Data person.

Responsibilities :

Installing power supply wiring and conduit such as : EMT, O-CAL, Rigid

conduit, MC cable, strut, cable trays

Layout and install electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job

specifications and local codes

Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components

Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, to

ensure compatibility and safety of system

Proficiency in the use of a variety of tools or equipment, such as power

construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing

equipment.

Related service work as required

Qualifications :

3 years of experience in commercial / industrial electrical

Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical

systems

Strong understanding of schematic diagrams, blueprints and other

specifications

Experience working with various hand tools, power tool and electronic

test equipment

Knowledge of and commitment to job site safety as well as ability to

complete a company specific safety orientation

High standard of integrity, professionalism and work ethic

Must have own basic set of tools and reliable transportation

Drug free at all times
