Job Summary:
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our landscaping team. As a Landscaping Laborer, you’ll be working long days outdoors, assisting with a variety of tasks to help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. Experience is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform digging, raking, planting, mulching, and sod installation
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
- Follow directions from the crew leader or supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended hours
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor (lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods)
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard each day
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license is required
