Assistant Commercial Property Manager
- Location: Houston, TX 77066
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (Emergency on call).
- Salary: $50K
Duties include:
- Admin: Answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Creating and maintaining reports as needed. Setting up Annual meetings.
- Accounting/Budgeting: Help with coding and entering invoices while helping to manage the property's budget
- Financial management: Ensure every dollar is accounted for and that opportunities for value enhancement are seized.
- Association dues collection: Assist accounting in Annual/monthly collections
- Property maintenance: Ensure the property remains in great condition by addressing maintenance requests, arranging repairs, and conducting routine inspections, maintaining compliance of all permits required by governing authorities.
- Property inspections: Overseeing properties, ensuring that they are following regulations per their CCR’s
- Owner management: Handle owner requests and relationships across properties. Address owner complaints and resolve conflicts that arise
- Coordinating with Vendors: Coordinate with vendors, soliciting competitive, negotiating vendor contracts.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years minimum experience required.
- Property Owner Association experience is a plus.
