What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Librarian Specialist position at Corestaff Services?
Corestaff Services is seeking a Library Training / Service Desk Specialist for a 1 year contract position to support in Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) and Preservation Systems.
The selected candidate will provide coordination, technical and functional support for the current DAMS / Preservation roadmaps. The contractor will be responsible for onboarding new asset types, ingesting and tracking the movement of digital assets into the system, maintaining technical and functional system documentation, reporting and troubleshooting technical and functional issues with staff and support vendors, and training and supporting staff.
Duties will include but not limited to :
Help Desk Support
- Receives and logs new issues in the provided ticketing system
- Triages tickets, troubleshoot functional tickets and assigns technical tickets to the appropriate point of contact
- Ensures the timely completion of technical and functional system tickets
- Communicates technical issues, maintenance work, new features, and upgrades to users and relevant stakeholders

Pay Rate : $35.00hr
This is a remote position REMOTE with occasional in-person meetings onsite.
A writing sample will be required for consideration.
