Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on our equipment, including machinery, tools, and vehicles. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily checks on equipment and machinery to identify potential issues;
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection;
• Repair and replace machine parts and attachments as needed;
• Collaborate with other workers to troubleshoot complex issues;
• Document all maintenance activities and track inventory levels.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent;
* 1 year or less of progressively responsible manufacturing maintenance experience;
* Strong electrical background (primary) - up to 480VAC;
* PLC-Controls experience is a plus;
* Ability to read schematics;
* Strong mechanical aptitude (secondary);
* Able to do basic metal fabrication;
* Sawing, grinding, drilling;
* Manual machining experience is a plus;
* Ability to read blueprints.
