Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Team Lead to join our team at Corestaff Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency within the production team. You will lead daily meetings with teams to review priorities, set expectations, and address operational concerns.
You will monitor labor productivity, material usage, and scrap rates to control costs. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
A strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Daily Management, and Material Flow is essential. Experience with problem-solving tools such as PDCA, Kaizen, and SMED is also desirable.
