Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector with hands-on experience using FARO Arms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections, measurements, and quality assessments to ensure that products meet our high standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections of components, assemblies, and finished products using FARO Arms and other precision measurement tools.
- Utilize the FARO Arm to perform 3D measurements, dimensional analysis, and geometric tolerancing of parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, measurement reports, and non-conformance issues. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with internal and external quality standards.
- Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and quality management systems (such as ISO, AS9100, or similar). Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on the use of FARO Arms for 3D measurement and inspection.
