ABOUT YOU:
- You have proven experience in sales and partnerships. With 3-5 years in sales, including 2-5 years in partner development, you've excelled at upselling, cross-selling, and building strong channel relationships
- You understand our audience. Experience with real estate investors, agents, lenders, or home service companies is a big plus
- You're relationship-focused and a great communicator. Building connections and clear, proactive communication come naturally to you
- You are data-driven and tech-savvy. You measure and communicate results effectively while leveraging tools like HubSpot, etc.
- You stay organized and adaptable. You manage projects with precision, thrive under pressure, and adapt quickly to change
- You think big and align with strategy. You align partner strategies with company goals to drive success
- You value growth and integrity. You're committed to learning, development, and embodying values like kindness and integrity
THINGS YOU'LL DO:
- Drive partner acquisition efforts by creating and leading marketing programs to attract, qualify, and generate new partners
- Master our offerings, value prop, and target industries so you can confidently communicate our benefits to potential partners
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns to potential partners while owning all campaign metrics
- Own our partner book of business to nurture existing partner relationships and expand key partner accounts
