To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B marketing operations and will be capable of overseeing and optimizing the technology, processes, and data used in marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient execution of marketing initiatives by managing marketing automation systems, analyzing data to inform decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maximize campaign effectiveness. This role requires a proactive and creative marketer with strong marketing operations prowess and an ability to help level-up a marketing teams overall impact on a business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of all tools and platforms.
- Analyze marketing data to assess performance and identify improvement areas. Ensure accurate data capture and connection for effective performance tracking and decision-making. Regularly report on channel engagement, traffic, website behavior, marketing-sales funnel performance, attribution, and ROI to inform optimization strategies.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline team processes and workflows to boost marketing performance. Create repeatable marketing-sales processes to address workflow challenges and improve email channel performance through reliable processes and measurable outcomes.
- Execute high-quality and timely multi-channel campaigns supporting the marketing team and CoreTrust's business objectives. Manage the campaign calendar and optimize resources to achieve superior results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the CMO to ensure timely and accurate activation and management of marketing budgets across channels and programs.
- Maintain and improve the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
