Product documentation is a critical part of delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers. Leveraging the Ditaxis information architecture framework, we empower developers to build Generative AI applications by creating high-quality documentation on effectively utilizing CoreWeave's cutting edge Cloud Services.Our team is seeking Technical Writers with strong technical backgrounds who are passionate about empowering developers, machine learning and AI, and Cloud infrastructure.This is an excellent opportunity for a technical writer with experience in Cloud computing technologies OR for an engineer who is looking to move into Technical Writing.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Writing : Transform SME interviews and source material into comprehensive learning paths for CoreWeave customers.Information Architecture : Leverage the Ditaxis framework to create concept guides, how-to guides, tutorials, and reference materials on one or more of our Cloud Services.Documentation Development : Develop and manage product documentation using a docs-as-code workflow on Docusaurus; programmatically produce documentation that is highly performant and accessible.Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the Product and Solutions Architecture teams to enable developers to use the CoreWeave platform.Key QualificationsWondering if you're a good fit? The base pay for this position ranges from $145,000-$165,000.
