About the Role:
CoreWeave is seeking a reliable and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support our VP/Director/Senior Construction Professional on multiple various on-site Projects.They will contact vendors for quotes, organize vendor paperwork, help source and track materials, and schedule site walkthroughs. When necessary, you will also schedule client meetings. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of administrative support experience and who are familiar with construction project timelines, but we are willing to train the right person.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make calls to vendors to obtain quotes for different project tasks.
- Submit subcontractor and General Contractor Schedules.
- Organize vendor and other project paperwork.
- Track permit applications and follow through to make sure they are approved.
- Schedule site walkthroughs at the close of the project.
- Track Micro Schedules.
- Provide weekly project status reports.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Support onsite commissioning efforts.
- Coordinate technical fit-outs with overall construction schedule.
- Schedule client meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of administrative support; experience with construction a plus
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- A flexible schedule
- Travel up to 50%
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000-$105,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
