What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is building a world-class investor relations program that emphasizes strong relationships with investors and the investment community; effectively communicating the company’s financial performance, business strategies and growth prospects; sound expectations management; credible and transparent disclosure; and strong cross functional relationships across the company. This role requires a self-starter and strong team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Investor Engagement: Expert on CoreWeave’s business. Work with investors and analysts to ensure the company’s financial performance and outlook is well understood. Collaborate with the VP in responding to inquiries from investors and analysts and to effectively engage with investors and communicate investor feedback to internal stakeholders
- Quarterly Earnings: Manage the logistics for the earnings calls and contribute to all aspects of the quarterly earnings prep process, which includes helping to prepare the quarterly financial press release, conference call script, Q&A documents, investor presentations and other associated materials. Ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Internal Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders. Collaborate across departments (including finance, comms, legal, and policy) to help ensure a consistent corporate image is presented to all external parties
- Investor Conferences and Meetings: Assist in organizing and actively participate in investor conferences, meetings and road shows. Support the development of senior management investor presentations
- IR Databases: Own and maintain the investor CRM as well as ownership of the analyst consensus model (model of models)
- Annual Shareholder Meeting: Support planning and execution of the ASM
- ESG Investor Engagement: Support planning and execution of the company’s investor-facing ESG reporting
- IR Website: Oversee the IR portion of the company’s website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on developing the strategy for the investor relations function including executing the IR operating plan and budget
- Budget: Manage the Investor Relations team budget and vendor relationships

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or a related field. MBA a plus but not required
- 7 years of professional experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate development, and/or other Wall Street position
- Experience with a high-growth, publicly traded technology company is preferred, ideally in an investor relations role
- Advanced analytical skills with an ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong understanding of valuation and modeling techniques used by investors and analysts
- Thorough knowledge of Reg FD and other SEC disclosure rules and regulations
- Advanced communications skills (written and spoken). Ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear and compelling messages
- Keen intellect, unquestioned ethics, demonstrates attention to detail, proactive self starter, a sense of urgency and the ability to simultaneously execute on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software; familiarity with IR focused software/tools a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $165,000-$195,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
