What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Product Manager to lead the development of CoreWeave’s Enterprise Data Platform. This role sits within the CIO organization and will be instrumental in architecting a scalable, high-performance data lake and accompanying data architecture, unifying data from authoritative sources across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other IT partners.
As a Sr. Product Manager, Data Infra and Analytics, you will define and drive the vision for CoreWeave’s data infrastructure, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics enablement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, finance, and business teams to design and implement a world-class data lake and pipeline orchestration framework, ensuring seamless data availability and accessibility for key business insights.

What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Product Manager to lead the development of CoreWeave’s Enterprise Data Platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, finance, and business teams to design and implement a world-class data lake and pipeline orchestration framework, ensuring seamless data availability and accessibility for key business insights.
- Define and execute CoreWeave’s enterprise data architecture strategy, enabling a robust data lake and domain-driven data layer.
- Lead the development of data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high availability.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, enabling reliable data movement across the organization.
- Work closely with Finance, GTM, Infrastructure, Data Center, and Supply Chain teams to unify and model data from authoritative systems of record (ERP, CRM, Asset Mgmt, Supply Chain systems, etc.).
- Drive data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring data consistency, lineage tracking, and adherence to security and compliance requirements.
- Enable a high-performance BI and analytics layer, working with stakeholders to build data products, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize data-driven initiatives, aligning with business goals and operational efficiencies.
- Stay ahead of emerging data technologies, ensuring CoreWeave adopts best-in-class tools and frameworks for data management
Who You Are
- 8 years of experience in data product management, data architecture, or enterprise data engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience with modern data stack technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Apache Spark, Airflow, DBT, Kafka).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, domain-driven design, and building scalable, resilient data platforms.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end data product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to execution and adoption.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive data initiatives.
- Experience with data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Knowledge of BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and enabling self-service analytics.
