Job Summary
Corewell Health in St Joseph, MI, is seeking a full-time Physician to join the dedicated House Calls team of providers to help meet the needs of homebound patients in our community.
HouseCalls is a primary care provider service for people who are homebound and need ongoing medical care.This team also sees patients in assisted-living and long term care facilities.
