About the Unit
Our 32-bed medical surgical unit, 4 West, is a dynamic and collaborative environment that provides nurses with the opportunity to gain experience in acute care and develop their skills in patient assessment, IV placement, and rapid decline management.
Patient populations on this unit include those with hospitalist medicine patients with a wide range of diagnoses, such as pneumonia, sepsis, cellulitis, kidney failure, and hyperglycemia.
